Description: This class was created for a student who manifested the need of rekindling her feminine side. She has very tight hips, even though she is quite flexible in other areas of her body. An assessment led to the conclusion that her sacral chakra (Swadhisthana) might be closed, hence this sequence works primarily on the lower back, opening hips, pelvic area, and general stretching.
