  1. While standing in Tadasana, exhale and slowly come towards the floor while stretching the arms out in front of you in Utkatasana.
  2. Exhale and bending the knees, take the tail bone out along with the sacrum, slowly lowering the hips to go in a half squat.
  3. Making sure the knees don't go beyond the foot, sit here balancing the body while taking the arms out in front of you, parallel to the floor.
  4. Remain here for about 4 breaths to release and go back into the second round. This pose, Chair Pose, helps to keep the hips, thighs and the knees active, as with delivery the joints can begin to lose it's flexibility and become tight. Also a great pose for the hips and with awareness it helps to improve balance thus building focus and self confidence.
