Given below is the detailed breathing information for each step forming part of the short mini sequence, Sun Salutation:

  1. Inhale at Hasta Uttanasana ( Raised Arms Pose).
  2. Exhale at Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold Pose).
  3. Inhale at Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Crescent Low Lunge Pose), with the right foot forward.
  4. Exhale at Phalakasana (Plank Pose).
  5. Inhale/Exhale at Ashtangasana (Eight Limbed Pose).
  6. Inhale at Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog Pose).
  7. Exhale at Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose).
  8. Inhale at Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Crescent Low Lunge Pose), with the left foot forward.
  9. Exhale at Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold Pose).
  10. Inhale at Pranamasana (Prayer Pose).
