- Releasing from Vakrasana, stretch the legs out completely and slowly lie down on your back and relax to take a few breaths.
- Inhale and stretch the arms above your head in Namaste, feeling the deep stretch from the lower abdomen to the tips of the fingers and downwards from the hips to the tips of the toes.
- In this Full Body Stretch Pose, the stretch at the lower abdomen, helps to contract the entire body muscles, which further help to relieve any aches and pains as a symptom from the imbalance of the manipura chakra, related to indigestion.
- Remain here for about 6 breaths and watch the stretch as the breathing is slow and deep while you remain with the eyes closed.
